In the interest of providing equitable access to services a flexible fee structure has been adopted by LifeState Counselling Services.  Unless other arrangements have been made, all fees are payable either prior to or at the time of the session.

Available methods of payment include Cash, Visa, Mater Card, American Express.  Facilities are also available for Apple Pay and Android Pay through touch technology.

Unfortunately at this time LifeState Counselling Services dose not Bulk Bill sessions through Medicare unless there are extraordinary circumstances.  Clients under a Mental Health Plan through their GP will need to pay the full session fee and then claim the rebate using the invoice provided.
